Don’t worry

Nights at times can be long especially when your mind is going 100 miles an hour. You’re thinking of many things and wondering the outcome.  That is when you get into emotional trouble. Thinking of the unknown when, how, and who.  You can lose many hours of happiness doing this for you have been locking up your serenity in worriesville. The night has become a horror movie and you put yourself in limbo. Meditation is what we all must do when having this problem.  When I was in business I was taking my business home every day.  I remember tossing and turning in bed wondering how I was going to pay the bills and If I had everything I needed for the morning. I thought of the catering for next week and next month. I thought of the future will the store hold up or will I go under, will the employees show up yada yada yada. If there’s one thing I learned in the ten years that I was in business is..   It’s a waste of time to worry. All we do is take years of our lives and become miserable and boring. Whether you own a business or have a regular job people do this all the time. It’s a great way to become lonely because the attitude you create behind this problem is terrible. You will definitely chase away anybody within two feet of you. The proper way to be is plain old calm; just prepare a creative plan not a bunch of worry and you will see better results in life. When things get out of reach and there’s nothing I can do about it I have learned to say maybe next time. All things pan out if you let them. There’s a saying “God will not give you anything you can handle”. All will be fine.

May your dream come alive in 2013 J
